Our services are not limited to the execution of turn-key projects: we can perform technical and economical feasibility studies, energy saving studies, engineering-only contracts, supervision services, procurement of spare parts.
Users, in case of problems related to the process of existing heaters, can contact our engineers, that, utilising our proprietary know-how and software facilities on heat transfer, will be ready to perform studies leading to process modifications, increase of capacity of existing heaters, change of streams, debottlenecking etc.
Detailed reports with the calculation results, the cost saving analysis and the guidelines of the modifications will be issued.
We have a great expertise in the execution of energy recovery studies, particularly by adding air preheating systems to existing heaters or by renewing/modifying the existing recovery units.
At Client request we can provide worlwide experienced engineers for the Supervision of all the site activities, in case they are not directly executed by us under turn-key contracts: erection works, commissioning, start-up and test-run of heaters can be executed with the assistance and support of our personnel.
- PROCUREMENT OF SPARE PARTS
Our services to the Client do not finish with the start-up of the heaters.
We are ready to supply spare parts, identifying the needed spares using our wide file of technical documents of the projects executed during the years. In case of need we can adopt accelerate procedures in order to assure a short-term delivery of the requested pieces to the site.
