Kirchner Italia internal staff covers the complete variety of engineering disciplines necessary to execute the most composite projects required by the International Clients.

Base and detailed engineering are completely executed by our in-house team of engineers, in accordance with the Client's specifications, the International codes (ASTM, ASME, API, DIN, BS, AISC etc.) as well as our Company standards.

The C.A.D. drafting of all drawings is carried out by our internal staff, that also execute the structural statical and dynamic calculations and the coils flexibility analysis. The engineering work takes benefit from the in-house impressive know-how accumulated along more than 50 years of activity.

Our engineering capabilities are not limited to the heater enclosure. Extensive competence has been developed by our staff that can design, as well as supply and erect, complete "heater packages", including all the following specialties: civil works, process and burner piping, external insulation, local and control room instrumentation and panels, BMS, DCS, MCC, lighting and earthing systems etc.

Our Process Control Engineers can develop the P&I Diagrams based on Client's requirements or on Control Logic designed by us.

Process piping, burner piping and utility piping are inhouse designed, by 3-D C.A.D. systems if required.
